Characteristics of Brass Welding Wire:
It is a special brass welding wire containing a small amount of tin and silicon, with a melting point of about 890℃. Tin can improve the fluidity, strength and corrosion resistance of the welding wire, while silicon can effectively control the evaporation of zinc and eliminate the pores in the weld, thereby obtaining good welds with satisfactory mechanical properties.
Purpose of Brass Welding Wire:
Suitable for use as a filler material for brass and copper gas welding, and is also widely used for brazing copper, steel, copper-nickel alloys, gray cast iron and inlaid carbide tools. It can also be used as a surfacing material for low-pressure valve sealing surfaces and light-load wear-resistant surfaces.
Standard: Compliant with GB SCu6810A.
Welding Method: Oxygenacetylene welding
