Tungsten carbide composite rods (YD welding rods) are composed of high-quality tungsten carbide grits and a nickel (copper) alloy matrix, grade ZZT21, with a tungsten carbide content of 60-70% and nickel alloy content of 30-40%. These rods offer excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and impact resistance, with hardness ≥90HRA and transverse rupture strength ≥2020MPa. Available in lengths of 280/350/450mm and diameters of 12/16/22mm, with carbide grit sizes ranging from 1.6mm to 9.5mm. Widely used for overlay welding and surface protection of severely worn or cutting-prone workpieces in oil, mining, coal mining, geology, construction, and other industries.
